My insurance client is looking for an Performance Analyst to support the continuous improvement of performance management across the business.

Role

  • Manage performance improvement oversight of syndicate performance
  • Documentation of performance management
  • Prepare a variety of reports for management

Skills

  • Experience of delivering within large-scale complex processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Lloyds market background preferable, insurance experience essential
  • Ability to analyse, manipulate and present MI from a range of data source
  • Understanding of data governance and structures
  • Very good excel/macro skills
