- To handle Travel/Home/Personal Accident claims of various complexities.
- To support the unit head in the management of the team by providing due guidance and training
- To provide support in the management of associated vendors comprising loss adjusters and Emergency Assistance Services while handling a portfolio of claims for adjudication.
- To support and provide due guidance in the handling of customer feedbacks/complaints including appeals and to liase and support the internal and external stakeholders within the organization.
- Would have the opportunity to be involved in various projects and engagement/ad-hoc training of intermediaries
