Eames are working on an interesting opportunity with a London Market insurer to find a PMO Analyst to join a Rapidly growing operations function.

In this newly created role, reporting to the Head of Operations, the Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst is responsible for the administration of the change and project management framework including supporting the establishment of a formal change framework. You will support the Head of Operations and Change function through the administration of formal Project Planning, Controls, Terms of Reference, Governance and Budgetary monitoring throughout the lifecycle of all relevant projects.

What they are looking for:

A forward-thinking Analyst, with proven London Market syndicate operational experience, having worked within a PMO and gained exposure to the full project delivery lifecycle.

  • Prince II qualification or PMO certification is required.
  • Preferably ACII or graduate level with change management and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience supporting project delivery utilising both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodology.
