PMO Analyst - Insurance - Remote

A leading International insurer requires a PMO Analyst to play a supporting role in shaping, establishing, and delivering Brexit solutions across the group.

The PMO Analyst will:

  • Preparation of defined inputs and outputs required to support programme governance
  • Provide analysis on the delivery of the programme to enable effective decision making
  • Monitor dependencies and deliverables across the programme and recommend appropriate actions where there are areas of concern.
  • QA programme plans, deliverables, status reports and RAID logs (plus others if needed)
  • Follow defined process for financial and demand management
  • Facilitate RAID review sessions and challenge of ratings
  • Log and monitor/manage programme assumptions

The PMO Analyst key skills and experiences:

  • At least 5 years of recent experience in insurance - any previous Brexit experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in analysing project plans, dependencies, resource usage across a programme.
  • Comfortable working with a broad range of Stakeholders and Executive Management
  • Proficient in risk and issue management
  • Collaborative team working
  • Keen eye for detail and highly developed presentation skills
  • Motivated, results-driven person with excellent relationship, influencing
