PMO Analyst - Insurance - Remote
A leading International insurer requires a PMO Analyst to play a supporting role in shaping, establishing, and delivering Brexit solutions across the group.
The PMO Analyst will:
- Preparation of defined inputs and outputs required to support programme governance
- Provide analysis on the delivery of the programme to enable effective decision making
- Monitor dependencies and deliverables across the programme and recommend appropriate actions where there are areas of concern.
- QA programme plans, deliverables, status reports and RAID logs (plus others if needed)
- Follow defined process for financial and demand management
- Facilitate RAID review sessions and challenge of ratings
- Log and monitor/manage programme assumptions
The PMO Analyst key skills and experiences:
- At least 5 years of recent experience in insurance - any previous Brexit experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in analysing project plans, dependencies, resource usage across a programme.
- Comfortable working with a broad range of Stakeholders and Executive Management
- Proficient in risk and issue management
- Collaborative team working
- Keen eye for detail and highly developed presentation skills
- Motivated, results-driven person with excellent relationship, influencing
