Job Description

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our clients Digital Technology Solutions team. You will support the Head of Business Management, PMO Managers and Project Managers within the team to manage and control the delivery of both individual projects/programmes and the overall portfolio.

Responsibilities;

  • Operate key project processes, such as change control.
  • Track and analyse project spend vs budget.
  • Support key governance meetings and support the creation of materials for those meetings.
  • Track and report project progress as required, liaising with Project Managers and work stream leads as appropriate.
  • Act as the central point for any queries on project delivery processes / controls /Documentation.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on projects and programmes.
  • Maintain an overview of the Change portfolio for the Head of Business Management.
  • Support the collation of progress reports for the Change Portfolio Committee.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for the Head of Business Management where necessary.
  • Project management support for technology and digital projects

Experience;

  • Experience working in a project environment, either as a project administrator, work stream lead or project manager.
  • Adept at working with project teams and stakeholders across all business functions in a matrix style.
  • Self-starting and able to get to grips with new projects and concepts quickly.
  • Ability to multi task and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality with a high degree of discretion
  • Highly methodical and organised, with an ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and a high quality output
  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, SharePoint and Project software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
