A reputable insurance firm are searching for a Portfolio Analyst to join their Commercial Lines Pricing team, working alongside the Underwriting and Actuarial teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include producing monthly reports and often analysing and further developing report processes, to ensure increased efficiency. Candidates will also suggest and help with implementing changes to rates and pricing structures after reviewing commercial product performance, updating systems and databases to reflect these changes.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, supporting junior team members and helping insightfully explain, the analyses performed, to less technically skilled team members.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Excel and VBA, with previous knowledge of data analysis tools: Business Objects, Radar, QlikView, SAS (or similar). Candidates should have previous experience and knowledge of the GI industry.
