Currently working for a leading provider of global investment management and advisory services that specialise in real estate and real assets that are looking for an Associate to join their London office.
You will be supporting Senior Portfolio Managers on portfolio construction and development, with the scope to lead on client reporting and preparing and participating in client presentations. This individual should have roughly 4 years' experience within the investment management industry, with majority experience in real estate.
You should also have:
- Excellent portfolio modelling ability.
- Strong academic background.
- Thirst to learn and progress within the company.
- CFA or IMC qualifications as well as MSc in Real Estate would be desirable.
