Currently working with a top tier US investment manager that are seeking a portfolio onboarding analyst to join their London office. You will be working within the investment division to manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of external money manager relationships, internal direct investing strategies, new product and fund launches and third party assignments.
Responsibilities include negotiating and maintaining the investment management agreements between the firm and money managers, working with the portfolio managers and external money managers to draft appropriate content for investment guidelines as well as acting as a liaison for internal and external legal counsel to negotiate legal documentation. In this role you will also be working with FCM counterparties to establish derivative clearing accounts for trading derivative instruments such as listed options, listed equity futures and credit derivatives.
The suitable candidates should have a Law degree and a minimum of a years' experience in contract drafting/negotiation or as a paralegal.
