A leading London market insurance firm is looking for a portfolio planning manager to join the business change portfolio team. The key focus of this role will be developing and maintaining the portfolio plan and owning the resource demand for the portfolio.

Essential experience:

  • Understanding of project, programme and portfolio management
  • Extensive experience in planning with a proven ability to manage complex plans
  • Experience of providing analysis, reporting and the accurate identification of risk, issues and dependencies
  • Experience in resource demand within a portfolio office
  • Ability to successfully manage a small team
  • Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the business 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Insurance industry experience is preferable
