A leading Lloyd’s syndicate is seeking a new hire for their growing actuarial function. This will focus on reserving across all lines of business and report directly into the head of reserving. Duties will range from assisting with quarterly reserves through to calculation of SII provisions.
The ideal candidate will be making demonstrable progress through the actuarial exams. Previous reserving experience is essential, preferably within London Market or commercial lines of business. This role will involve lots of interaction with senior management so excellent communication skills are also essential.
This is a great platform for someone part qualified to come in and gain experience with a premier London Market insurer. You will work closely with other functions in the business and play an active role in business planning.
