Premium Management Manager, Insurer, salary competitive

Working with a Specialty insurer looking to hire a Premium Management Manager to their team in London. This role is an essential part of the Technical Operations Team, and the purpose of the role is to ensure that all premiums are chased, calculated, and recorded in an accurate and timely manner.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Responsible for ensuring that the team have a full understanding of the premium management procedures and that all deadlines are completed in a timely manner, including the resolution of queries with the underwriters or brokers before month close.

· Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of data entry into the system of record for the Delegated Authority book of business including reviewing bordereau information, following up with brokers for outstanding bordereau (written and paid), and reconciliation of paid to written bordereau.

· Review and resolve all errors and exceptions identified by the Bordereau Management Tool.

· Check and book all premium adjustments received and follow up with broker for overdue

adjustments.

An ideal candidate will have circa 10 years' experience in an Operations team with a specialism within Premium Management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also required.
