A leading global insurer is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their London-based pricing team. This role will primarily support the actuarial pricing team across their specialty line of business and the Lloyd's syndicate.
This job will offer a wide range of responsibilities such as working closely with underwriters to offer pricing recommendations, reviewing and enhancing existing models/building new models and researching alternative data sources for the parametrisation of these models.
The ideal candidate will have a background of a degree-level numerical discipline accompanied with previous experience using SQL, VBA, @risk etc. Further to this, good progress being made in the actuarial exams would be desirable.
Previous London market pricing experience would be advantageous but is not required. Those with personal lines experience that are looking to move into the London market are encouraged to apply.
