A growing Lloyd's/London Market Insurer is looking to hire a Pricing Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent time to join at a stage of real growth and to make positive impact on the business as the company is still fairly small.

In this role you will take ownership of end-to-end pricing processes and you will provide leadership on deal pricing, binder deep dives to name a few areas. You will be involved in line management responsibilities as well.

Candidates must have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive relationships. Communication skills are very important and you must have management experience. Pricing experience is essential, and you must be confident in your decision making ability. SQL, Python or VBA are beneficial.
