A leading insurer is seeking to hire an experienced pricing professional to lead a team of two Pricing Analysts in the delivery of effective pricing strategies for two of their specialist personal lines products.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst to step into a managing role, or likewise for an experienced manager to take up a new challenge with an exciting company and strong insurance brand. Within the role, you'll have a real opportunity to make a difference within the business - not only in your day to day work, but also being directly involved in a range of new and cutting edge projects using the latest technology.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in insurance pricing and ideally some experience in leading managing or mentoring members of a team. Most importantly, you'll have real drive and ambition to provide innovative solutions - coming up with new ideas to develop and improve both your team and the products you're responsible for. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be key to this position given the collaborative nature of the business.
The salary for this position is up to £85,000 depending on experience plus an attractive bonus and benefits package.
