A leading insurer is looking to add an experienced Pricing Manager to their team.
Working across the personal lines motor portfolio, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and senior analysts in the delivery of effective pricing activity. You will lead and guide the development of pricing strategy and take an active role in developing both the product and the team.
The successful candidate with be an experienced GI pricing professional and have a deep understanding of GLM modelling techniques, preferably with exposure to Emblem and Radar.
You will also have strong leadership skills and a talent for developing others around you. Stakeholder management skill will also be key, as well as the ability to deal with senior management comfortably.
