A leading insurer is seeking a Pricing Optimisation Manager to join their pricing function.
This opportunity will focus on leading and managing a team of 5, previous management experience is beneficial.
The role involves being responsible for development of risk premium models , together with the analyst of expected claims to assist the wider business. In addition the role is responsible for engaging and motivating your team through developing their purpose, setting direction and managing team dynamics.
The position is open to actuarial candidates and experienced pricing analyst from a mathematical background. Knowledge of Radar and Emblem are preferable but not essential.
