Our client is a specialized firm in cryptocurrency trading firm in Hong Kong. They are one of the largest Digital Asset OTC Broker Dealers in the World.
The role requires an experienced Backend Engineer with a solid foundation in Java.
You will also be expected in the following:
- Hands-on engineering leadership role working within a fast paced FinTech environment, focused on the electronic trading and Algo platfroms.
- Responsible for development, automated testing, deployment, post-release verification and support
- Deliver high quality code, Be passionate about the quality of services being provided, and continuously strive to improve the systems environment
Requirement
- 6 years+ experience in engineering
- Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining highly-performant trading systems
- Knowledge of FX, Fixed Income or Cash Equities, Equities trading knowledge and electronic-trading strategies an advantage,
- Self-starter and comfortable working within a fast-paced trading environment
- Collaboration, communication and technical skills
- Experience of working with or building Smart Order Routers or Algorithmic Execution Engines an advantage
