Job Title - Principal IT Architect
One of our large financial services clients are currently undertaking a multi-year infrastructure transformation programme. Specifically, they are looking for an architect who is a proficient at Connected workplace architecture, to join their Transformation Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for the architectural planning around the data centre migration project along with other projects such as a systems upgrade, technology refresh and a head office move. Capabilities related to the business tooling, productivity and collaboration will also be accountable by the successful candidate. The candidate will be representing £1-£3 million of IT investment in technology and will be helping in deliverying technical solutions across the bank.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience
- Be an SME at Connected workplace architecture for the banking client
- Demonstrate experience in architecture and deploying hybrid/on-premise, SaaS and Paas solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft based tech stacks such as M365, Exchange, OneDrive, Team, PowerShell and Sharepoint.
- Experience across numerous infrastructure software e.g. Azure ad, Autopilot, Stream, OpenText, Enterprise Content Management and others would be beneficial
Backgrounds in banking or relevant software vendors/partners would be advantageous
