My PE client is seeing an accountant on a 6 month basis and will be involved with the Annual Audit cycle and review of annual financial statements across the funds. Other responsibilities;
- Oversight of all funds financial information
- Assist in supporting third party administrators with any accounting questions
- Audit queries
Knowledge and Experience
- Must have LUX GAAP or SPV accounting experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and excellent accounting knowledge
