Tier 1 Global Bank is looking for an experienced Process Analyst

Role Description

To be successful in this role a 'Process Analyst' needs to have the following abilities & experience;

  • Understanding of the concept of end to end process and the ability to document those processes (electronically) to an agreed standard
  • An ability to engage with key stakeholders across the process (including process subject matter experts, the control community and senior management)
  • Capability to run workshops and to capture process flows in a structured and logical fashion
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to analyse a process and identify potential opportunities for improvement (risk reduction, control effectiveness and process efficiency perspectives)

In addition, following is highly desirable:

  • Experience of using Casewise or similar architectural tooling (e.g ARIS)
  • Knowledge of improvement philosophies/ techniques (Lean, Six Sigma etc.)
  • Understanding of business architecture and the components of an architectural model
  • Process Re-engineering
  • Risk and Control
  • Market Operations

It will initially be a three month-long contract but will likely be extended until the end of June 2020
