Process Architect - Finacial Services - London/Hybrid - Permanent £80,000+
My client is an Independent financial service client who is looking for a process Architect who has had experience setting up BPM Architecture framework from scratch.
Do you have strong process mapping, as well as a good, understanding of the scheme strategies?
The Process Architect Will:
- Own the business process methodology and be the subject matter expert within FSCS, coaching colleagues across the scheme on process management
- Creating and leading the business process capability within the scheme, building up an organisation-wide consensus behind the importance of BPM and process architecture
- Influencing and engaging stakeholders to generate the culture required to be successful in the BPM space through role modeling and coaching colleagues
- Build and own the business process architecture, made up of capabilities, workflows, processes, rules, and information
- Understand the scheme strategies and priorities and translate that understanding into deliverable activities in the process space
- Work in partnership with Change Portfolio Partners to build an effective pipeline of optimisation initiatives that are continually delivered, driving value for the business, making desired improvements, and delivering business outcomes
Essential Qualification:
- Lean Six Sigma qualification or equivalent
- A proven track record in the delivery of process management, business process methodology leadership
- Demonstrable experience in a hands-on process architect role for a complex, customer-led organisation
