A household name and one of Asia's biggest start-up is looking for an experienced product designer to join their team of passionate designers based here in their Singapore offices. You will get the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic team to design their B2B portal.
Responsibilities of Product Designer:

Define conceptual foundations, UX flows, applying visual design systems, prototypes, participate or conduct usability testing, creation of production-ready designs and support multi-disciplinary teams during implementation

Collaborate with internal teams to gather business and feature requirements; analyze usability findings, market research, and proven UX principles to justify and prioritize these requirements

Take part in usability testing, and evaluate results for constant improvements on existing and new products to ensure an intuitive user experience

Define design direction and refine processes to and advocate human-centered design across the organization and ensure consistency across all products

Ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest UI trends and patterns.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of UI and UX Design experience, especially in designing web apps

A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, dynamic user experiences, a data-driven mindset and experience in designing user-facing web applications

Demonstrate an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences

Consideration for long-term sustainability in all design decisions, with a focus on engineering feasibility and business impact
