Product Development Manager/Director – Asset Management
Responsibilities:
- Design buy-side investment products, such as private funds and managed accounts
- 设计买方投资产品，比如私募基金或专户；
- Compile investment proposals for institutional clients
- 为机构客户制定合适的投资方案;
- Assess feasibility and profitability of various investment proposals
- 评估各种投资方案的可行性和盈利能力；
- Develop business initiatives and institutional relationship
- 制定业务发展计划并管理机构关系；
- Liaise and communicate business ideas to sales team
- 与销售部门建立良好沟通；
- Comply with the business and relevant legal & regulatory requirements
- 遵守业务管理法规及相关法律要求;
Requirements:
- Degree holder in risk management, finance, accounting or any related disciplines, CFA designation is highly preferred
- 拥有风险管理、财务、会计或任何相关学科学位证书，CFA学员优先;
- Minimum 3 years direct experience in the portfolio management or analysis
- 至少3年的组合管理和分析经验等相关的工作经验；
- Very strong understanding of market/credit risk
- 对市场和信贷风险有透彻理解，具有清晰的产品设计理念，熟悉金融产品设计流程，有实际参与产品研发设计经历，有一定的团队管理能力；
- Independent problem solving skills and analytical mindset
- 拥有独立解决问题能力和良好的分析能力，并且思维缜密、严谨，有较强的执行力；
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 优良的人际关系和沟通技巧;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.
- 必须有良好的中英文书写和口语能力。
Manager or director role will be given based on candidate’s experience and seniority.
