One of the biggest fintech giants is looking for a Product Manager to come onboard their digital banking team. You will be responsible for leading high-impact strategic projects that require complex stakeholder management and coordination across multiple cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to help define the overall Digibank product strategy as they progress from application to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities of Product Manager:

Drive end-to-end development of digital banking products, including but not limited to competitor study, user study, design, development, testing, roll out, and post-launch iterations.

Facilitate the communication between multiple stakeholders, such as business team, legal and compliance, AML, and risk control, to ensure the products delivered are fully aligned with business expectations, and fulfill the compliance requirements at the same time.

Work with the team to deliver holistic product solutions, including remote onboarding, deposits and credit accounts, regulatory reports and operation dashboards, etc.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years experience of product management in banking or fintech companies.

Passionate about product design and development.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
