10 years+ of experience in the Insurance Industry covering both insurance product design and launch as well as project delivery / business analysis.
Have been insurance product managers and also managed delivery of such products to the market are preferred.
Required to look at the future tech development to bring in new digitalization/ Fintech stuff for business enablement.
Utilize market and industry knowledge on Insurance proposition development to inform the ‘Product Vision’ and ‘Product Roadmap’ .
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
