Our client, a Global Asset Manager is looking for a Production Support Engineer to join their team. Working closely with investment managers and developers,
You will be responsible for:
- Managing production systems for trading and financial applications as the Subject Matter Expert
- Supporting deployment, overseeing production environment and the point of contact for troubleshooting application issues
- Building relationships with various trading groups
- Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting Front Office Trading Applications for Equities / Bonds / FX / Derivatives
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, SQL and PowerShell, as well as administrative skills in Linux.
- Excellent communication skills
