Our client is a regional, award- winning bank presently undergoing a huge growth period. In part of this growth, the organization is looking for a well experienced, Business Program Manager to lead a new transformation project within their Retail arm.
This is an exciting new leadership role, that will have a well experienced professional come in an lead an exciting regional project that will drive organizational impact on a large scale.
Job responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of 40 individuals under the program, driving the overall program deliverables
- Working alongisde Business Specilaists to refine business requirement documents
- Driving a new target operating model across the region
- Engaging with stakeholders across the region, including Sales, Group and Country Heads
Requirements
- Consulting exprerience in the banking and financial services domain
- A minimum of 5 years leading programs that include Target Operating Model projects in a regional or international bank
- Experience leading a team
