Looking to hire for an experienced Program Manager for one of the financial services firm. This role will champion business banking partnering, technology, operations and planning support services.
As the Program Manager for Business Banking, you will be responsible for;
- Engage as trusted advisor for project portfolio across business and senior stakeholder
- Overall program/projects delivery across Business Banking that includes investment approvals and building resource plan
- Work closely with technology and operations to anticipate and solve business challenges and objectives
- Develop and maintain required governance for overall project/program
- Improve efficiency and qualify of delivery/timeline aligning to business priorities
As an ideal candidate, you must have at least 15 years of banking domain experience with program management experience in scoping through evaluation. Possessing proven track record of large transformation program management in banking business and technology environment. You must be comfortable looking after scoreboards, financials and guiding/grooming team members too.
