A global investment bank is seeking an accomplished Programme / Portfolio Manager to centralise disparate security capabilities into a nascent CISO function.
Although mature in its security posture, this part of the bank's cyber and information security capabilities have traditionally sat with different business units and technology. A realistic portfolio of long-term (greenfield and brownfield) projects and programmes is essential to creating a fit-for-purpose and best-in-class security function.
Successful candidates will ideally come from a financial services background and have a demonstrable track-record of delivering durable global programmes.
Experience of hiring and building out teams / functions is essential as is an excellent understanding of the cyber and information security landscape.
