My client, a global investment bank, is seeking a programme manager to join its Corporate and Investment Banking division on a long-term (3 years) programme to integrate newly acquired Equities and Prime Brokerage IT assets.
You will deliver the technical workstreams (4-7 streams) of the wider transformation. Initially performing Gap Analysis on the newly acquired assets (As-Is / To-Be) to assess differences in Risk appetite and the Controls framework, the successful candidate will likely come from a Technology Risk / 2nd line background of a tier 1 or 2 banking organisation.
A comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle is essential for the successful delivery of this role.
Likely workstreams include (but are not limited to): Identity & Access Management (most significant), Application Security, IT Resilience, Technology Risk, Business Continuity, IT Risk Oversight / Governance.
This role reports into the Regional CISO, however, will face off to, and have to manage, senior stakeholder across the Group. Most pertinently, IT & Risk.
