Job Description

My client, a Financial Services organisation are currently looking for a Programme Manager to work across a Payments system implementation with multiple moving parts and wide ranging stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering large scale technology transformations ideally system implementations/mergers/integration that have wide reaching impact points.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within Financial services, ideally banking however insurance is okay.
  • Previous experience working on technology transformation and ensuring technology readiness to enable successful internal roll out.
  • Must have previous system cut over experience on a large scale.
  • Agile experience is key, this is currently a waterfall environment so the successful candidate must be able to lead from the front with Agile.
  • Large scale system merger/integration experience with wide reaching impact points
  • 3rd party management experience.
  • Payments experience is highly desirable and ideally high value payments
