Our client, a global bank is looking for an expert in ServiceNow to manage various programmes & strategic initiatives, bank wide.
You will be leading the ServiceNow Team to produce detailed application architectures, produce detailed application architectures, in collaboration with solution architects
Responsible for:
- Delivering of technology solutions to meet business needs via active management & measurement of service performance, &continual service review and improvement
- Managing e2e product road-map for all modules, including change management activities
- Evaluating ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug software problems, and Serving as enterprise escalation point for ServiceNow issues
Requirements:
- Highly effective in communicating business plans to stakeholders
- Minimum 10 years experience in ITSM / ITOM
- Managed large scale projects in a global setting
- Salary: $180k to $300k base
