EMS Vendor Recommendation PM
A Project Manager is required on a contract basis to work for a Global Bank based in London.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in working as a Project Manager in an banking environment. Any experience of working with EMS will be highly advantageous. As this role will be working in the banking area, previous experience and banking knowledge is advantageous.
The client can pay up to £480 a day via Umbrella (inside IR35), dependent on experience. This is a great opportunity to join a leading client and further enhance existing skills.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Project Manager with EMS Vendor selection experience
Essential
- Dealing experience expert; working knowledge of what makes an EMS functionally good, and how different asset classes are traded.
- The candidate needs to be able to consider not only the functional requirements but the wider context of i a new EMS within their trading infrastructure and op model. (The client is will be expecting the candidate to help guide them and shape their thinking on this system from start to end.)
- Candidate must be able to operate largely independently on this project. They will be working from no scope definition or requirements to a fully considered recommendation on selection (or not) of an alternate EMS to BBG.
Desirable
- Bloomberg EMS experience
