A global insurance organisation are currently looking for a Business Change Project manager to work across their Brexit Programme.

The ideal Project manager will have experience delivering risk/finance or actuarial projects within the insurance industry. Previous experience dealing with complex projects and the ability to lead, shape, scope and drive projects forward.

The risk function has to be built from scratch, which will include building out governance, making changes actuarial modelling. Solvency II is defined but requires someone technical and needs to be able to lead the thinking.

Furthermore the role will be tasked with running the technical and operational (insurance) side of the business. Working in underwriting team, dealing with changing call centres.

Key skills (Must Haves) - This is all essential.

  • Must have experience working within the insurance industry .
  • Must have delivered risk, finance or actuarial projects previously
  • Previous experience in senior or leadership roles across business change projects.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, shape, scope and drive projects forward.
  • Previous experience within a Solvency II environment delivering Solvency 2 related projects.
