A unique opportunity has arisen at a leading Credit Asset Manager for an experienced BAU or projects specialist to join them and focus on a number of key projects related to new asset take-ons as well broader operational, process and systems change. The fund focus primarily on buying and managing portfolios of residential and commercial NPLs (non-performing loans) and has several billion Euros in AUM. This role is an urgent hire and as such we need someone on 1 month notice period or less.
The role will initially focus on project managing change in service provider of the funds servicing partner (ie: the outsourced partner they use to service their debt). This will include ownership of the entire process from start to finish, including project managing the transfer of all loans, cash etc to a new already appointed servicing business. It's then expected the role will move to become a central projects specialist for the asset and portfolio managers as well as finance and operations for a range of future projects across front, middle and back office.
We're keen on speaking to candidates from either an internal project management, consulting or BAU background with around 8-10 years experience or equivalent provided you have:
* Worked on similar operational projects in terms of change of service provider for a product, for example fund migrations or outsourcing;
* Ideally had some exposure to real estate debt like NPLs or at least worked in or for a fund manager;
* Worked with relevant project management tools and software.
