Job Description

Our client is an asset management firm seeking out for a Project Manager / Change Lead for the front office team.

As the Project Manager, you will be required to;

  • Oversee the entire project from initiation till implementation
  • Act as the Change Lead for the Front Office team
  • Facilitate the client change process from identification, requirements gathering, impact assessment, prioritization support, implementation planning and monitoring
  • Ensure consistent governance via standard regular reporting, financial control, RAID management, stakeholder management, resource management and other applicable robust controls throughout the change request management cycle
  • Build key relationships with internal Front Office stakeholders, ensuring that the team is aware of the forward load/roadmap and have the necessary plans in place to assist with delivery of these within the agreed parameters of the project

​As a successful candidate, you must have;

  • 10 years of experience in a similar capacity in asset/fund management firms or within private banking
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Good to have: Experience in Asset Management Solution Delivery or BlackRock Aladdin
