Job Description

Responsbilities

  • Reporting directly into the Head of IT
  • Managing cross discipline stakeholders and vendor to make sure all are aligned with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Establishing effective project delivery plans and ensure their timely execution within scope and budget
  • Effectively managing vendor & development team to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed implementation scope and adhere to quality standards
  • Facilitating change requests and managing any impacts on schedule and budget
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation of the system
  • Obtaining user acceptance on project deliverables
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Support annual IT audit

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in IT project or product management within insurance or banking industry
  • Experience in managing Web and Mobile applications
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Databases and Middleware such as Oracle DB, API Gateway, AWS cloud
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
