Responsbilities
- Reporting directly into the Head of IT
- Managing cross discipline stakeholders and vendor to make sure all are aligned with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Establishing effective project delivery plans and ensure their timely execution within scope and budget
- Effectively managing vendor & development team to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed implementation scope and adhere to quality standards
- Facilitating change requests and managing any impacts on schedule and budget
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation of the system
- Obtaining user acceptance on project deliverables
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Support annual IT audit
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in IT project or product management within insurance or banking industry
- Experience in managing Web and Mobile applications
- Knowledge of SDLC, Databases and Middleware such as Oracle DB, API Gateway, AWS cloud
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
