The Client is after a strong PM with advanced Target Operating Model design experience to join an exciting, banking as a service programme in the Banking space.
The client is looking for a candidate with;
- Advanced Target Operating Model design experience with the ability to drive key activities such as Incident Management process, product servicing, creating runbooks for product lines and error code mapping
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across the bank
- Strong visual communication skills including powerpoint and visio
- Comfortable working with Confluence and other Agile tools
- Liaising with external partners and internal teams to assess, select and deploy appropriate solutions for the operating model
- Banking and Payment experience is a nice to have but not required
- Must be UK based
