Project PMO Analyst required for a Global Bank
project details:
- 2-4 years' experience in working in Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise PMO teams
- Experience in regulatory reporting and disclosures within banking sector
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to work with Portfolio Manager and participate in meetings with senior clients
- Good knowledge of Excel incl. Excel Macros, Pivot Tables
- Excellent analytical and project analysis skills, responsive with a high attention to detail
- Motivated team player and flexible in approach with ability to work independently
- Keen to question, challenge and improve
Responsibilities:
- Develop the approach to set-up the global portfolio oversight & management function
- Define portfolio management processes, e.g., for funding approval
- Prepare and assist with regulatory reporting independent programme reviews
- Maintain documentation on regulatory reporting remediation initiatives scope, timing etc.
- Identify issues for resolution, e.g., overlap, duplication, acceleration, capacity challenges
- Day to day support of the Portfolio Manager and Programme Director with reporting requests
- Engage with colleagues from different departments, regions and programmes in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Aggregate programme reviews and produce overall global portfolio status dashboard and management information
- Produce metrics and KPIs to report portfolio value and benefits realization
