A leading global bank is looking to hire an experienced PM with strong expertise in CRM such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
You will be partnering with various stakeholders and unit heads to identify and refine business objectives, rules and requirements to solve complex problems in order to form desirable results.
- You will be required to analyze and document business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and perform impact assessment
- Responsible to define detailed non/functional requirements based requirements
- Monitor and manage risks, issues related to requirements & scope creep
- Produce functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan
- Work closely with test manager to clarify and classify test findings
Skills & Experience
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in CRM for sales enablement and automation purposes
- Knowledge with change management processes & project management fundamental
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders in order to drive change and achieve optimized results
