A Projects and Process Lead is required within a leading insurance firm to help drive forward some of their most challenging and interesting projects within their claims function.

Key responsibilities :

  • Ability to identify and lead key projects that will deliver benefit to TSG and the wider claims functions. Skills include:
  • Ability to identify, lead and manage project / activities and process improvements that will drive cost and time efficiencies, utilising new technology, where appropriate.
  • Undertake analysis to enable the project to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proactively look and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Communicate with key stakeholders at all levels within the business.
  • Defining and tracking cost and service benefit analysis.
  • Build effective relationships & communication channels with the following:
  • Head of Technical Services & Governance along with Heads of each function
  • Wider TSG Stakeholders including Data Analytics Lead and Business Analysts.
  • Claims Stakeholders at all levels
  • Claims TPA and Assistance Providers as required Project Managers (business and IT)
  • Country Claims Contacts across Europe
  • Provision of accurate and timely Technical Services & Governance reporting or task completion as delegated by the Technical Services & Governance Operations Manager
  • Manipulation of claims data to provide insightful analysis to the TSG functions
  • Develop and implement benefit tracking tools, as required, by key functions
  • Support the vendor management team with collation and management of supplier performance management data and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Utilising several analysis tools, predominately Qlik, to support all TSG business functions with gaining insight and greater understanding of current data

Own the Management of:

  • Team & Key Stakeholder training on Systems Process & Reporting
  • T360 Vendor Billing queries raised via the inbox arising from vendor and internal stakeholder.
  • Resolution and improvement of current processes to drive efficiency
  • The third-party audit schedule and issues - ensure the Audit Procedures are adhered to and M7 (Metricstream) system is accurate and effectively maintained
  • Onboarding of new vendors and internal staff onto M7
  • Act as subject matter experts and raise and resolve M7 system issues as these arise.
  • Maintenance, Governance and Accuracy of the Vendor Databases included the TPA Register, Legal and Adjuster Register and any other database identified.
  • Support all Technical Services & Governance functions with key ad hoc activities as identified from time to time by the TSG Managers

Qualifications :

  • Dip CII or working towards (preferred)
  • Appropriate IT and Analysis qualifications
