This is a senior role and a chance to step into a management role, leading a broking function that brokes major corporate property business into the London Market. The client base is FTSE 250 clients and doesn't include real estate clients. Successful candidates will need to have at least 10 years' experience of dealing with large multinational property business. You will also need to be an accomplished presenter to multinational clients and able to run a team of 4 brokers with a large premium base. This is a role with a large broker with a retail offering for UK clients ranging from SME through to mid-market and multinational clients. This role is very much focussing on multinational clients in the FTSE 250 and there is a large existing client base. The role is a mixture of servicing existing clients and also leading the new business pitches with the Senior Directors.
