We're looking for a candidate with good experience in the North American Property claims market to take on an exciting new role with a fantastic insurer. As a claims adjuster for this reputable carrier you would be the leading decision maker for incoming claims.

The client is also open to candidates from broking or other claims background aside from adjusting as they are happy to train up on the specifics. Therefore for someone looking to make the switch into a fantastic career this is a great option.

The most important responsibilities are:

  • Ensures all claims allocated are controlled within company philosophies and SLA's
  • Demonstrate that Lloyd's minimum standards are being met at all times and be in a position to assist underwriters and claims adjusters to progress.
  • Producing feedback to underwriters and management with regards to the structure of their claim issues and related risk information with the goal to improve the overall standard of underwriting in the company.
  • To be present at market meetings and conference calls when necessary
  • Ensures customers are treated fairly at all times
  • Practices and promotes at all times core values, to both internal and external contacts alike.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc activities/project work as required.
