Reporting to: Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a QA lead for a prominent insurance company based in UK (location flexible). This is a role that offers the opportunity to coordinate testing ensuring it is of auditable standard. You will also give estimates and present the testing approach. You will also offer input on the testing changes according to the BAU issues and vendor's fixes. You will also contribute in the hiring of QA contractors as well as delegate the responsibilities of the QA members
The salary is £80k, depending on skills and experience. You need to have experience as a QA lead and having implemented QA processes and practices. You also need knowledge of the London Market and understand software management tools. You are also required to understand testing automation and contribute to the introduction automation for test plans.
Essential skills and qualifications
Leadership experience.
Extensive experience in QA and testing.
Knowledge of the London Market
Understanding of testing automation and contribute to the introduction automation for test plans.
