My client, a Tier 1 bank is looking for a Test Manager to join on an initial 6 months contract.
The Test Manager must have the following experiences;
- Must have 5+ years of finance/banking background
- Must have worked in a consultancy
- Core SFIA skills: Testing 5, Relationship management, Quality assurance 5, Technical specialism 5
- Optional SFIA skills: Quality management 5, Business process testing 5
- Managing the mobilisation and operation of Testing services
- Managing planning & decision-making processes in a complex geographical / functional matrix organization.
- Communicating and inspiring confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences
- Practical experience in improving Testing & QA capabilities with a strong external
- perspective of industry developments and best practice
- QA qualifications
