Our client, a prestigious global Financial Institution is currently looking for a Regional Head of Security Transformation. You will be championing the Security Transformation program for the APAC region and make an impact in the organization.
Responsibilities of a Regional Head of Security Transformation:
- Leading transformation program of the group across the APAC region
- Ensuring project delivery within the stipulated timeline and budget
- Working closely with other Cyber Security domains to bridge gaps and implement technical capabilities
- Ensuring all project-related risks comply with the Financial Institution’s standards and policies
- Developing strategic security transformation roadmap with Senior Leadership team
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cyber security with 10 years of leadership experience in BFSI industry
- Proven track record of managing and implementing large scale security transformation projects
- Extensive knowledge of different cyber security domains
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Familiar with security frameworks. Ie: NIST, ISO27001, MAS TRM
