My client, an international bank in the city of London, is looking for a regulatory assurance manager to join their regulatory reporting team. You will report directly into the head of regulatory reporting, and manage a team of 3 accountants.

You will be responsible for analysing and providing advice on the regulatory reporting implications of new and existing business, performing scenario analysis for capital related requirements, and managing the production of regular management information. You will also ensure the bank's compliance with FSCS as well as lead the process of overhauling the bank's ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar 3, and RRP Documents.

As the ideal candidate, you will be a qualified accountant, with experience working in a bank at a senior level in a regulatory reporting capacity. You will also have significant knowledge of regulatory reporting with emphasis on ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar 3 and RRP. Your communication skills and stakeholder management skills will be essential, as you will be engaging management and the board to reflect inputs to key regulatory documents.
