Job Description

A financial firm is looking for a regulatory business analyst join their team in London for a system implementation project.

Role

  • Configure their new system and implement it
  • Writing procedures and user guides for system
  • Definition and documentation of requirements from each of the business lines along with the divisional functions for enhancements to HR, Compliance and Risk systems
  • Facilitation of user acceptance testing of enhancements to systems and operational processes and procedures

Requirements

Good Understanding of financial services regulations

Good stakeholder management skills with HR and compliance

At least 5 years' experience and a track record of delivering projects within financial services, preferably in regulatory-driven change and operational transformation projects
