Top tier London based corporate bank are seeking a regulatory change business analyst to provide requirements definition and change management skills in support of regulatory change programmes required to ensure that the bank complies with new and amended regulations and control requirements.The role will involve leading impact analysis of new regulatory updates and the impact on the bank. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking strategic options and assessments work to develop responses and options to respond to regulatory change. 
  • Use appropriate business analysis and change techniques to work with the business and technology teams to analyse and implement change to support regulatory requirements. 
  • Liaising with project managers, designers and development teams to ensure projects in progress are developed and deliver the regulatory change requirements. 
  • Manage key stakeholders across the bank and wider group. 

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced business analyst with a background in banking, strong regulatory change experience, ideally a consultancy background and excellent stakeholder management skills.
