Our client is a Lloyd's backed MGA that is making good progress with building a Renewable Energy account. The existing team have built a significant book within 2 years and they are looking to double the premium written by the end of 2019. The existing book is predominantly Onshore Wind & Solar focused, with some Offshore Wind and Construction business also written. We are currently looking for an Underwriter to join the team. Previous experience of Onshore or Offshore Renewable risks is essential and the successful candidate will need to be able to work quite independently with the ability to develop relationships with London Market Brokers.
